The role

This is a hybrid job as my executive assistant.

Your job is to be my point of contact. You handle the inbox, reply to people who message us, and coordinate my meetings. You're the middleman between me and anyone who wants my time.

If you're organized, quick to reply, comfortable talking to people, and you write well in both Vietnamese and English, you will do great here.

The role grows over time into more responsibility. We start with the basics and build from there.

From day one

Your job is three things.

01

Own the inbox

You're the first point of contact. You watch the inbox, reply to people who message us, keep conversations moving, and make sure nothing sits ignored.

02

Run the calendar

You coordinate and book my meetings and manage my calendar. Anyone who wants my time goes through you.

03

Sit in the room

You join meetings with me, take notes, and track the follow-ups so things actually get done.

Later, as you settle in

The role grows with you.

None of this is required on day one. The role expands into these areas over time.

Bilingual support

Proofreading documents, materials, and correspondence between Vietnamese and English so everything reads naturally.

Research

Working with me to identify and vet vendors and partners.

Content coordination

Reviewing content for quality before it goes out, sourcing references and assets, keeping our records and tools up to date.

Project support

Ad-hoc tasks and ongoing projects as they come up.

Hours & how we work

Structured where it matters.
Flexible everywhere else.

~4 hours a day, fixed
A short daily sync with me at a set time to go over the calendar and plan the day, plus joining meetings when they're scheduled.
The rest flexes
Busy days mean more, quiet days mean less. Staying on top of the inbox matters, so you'll need to be reachable during agreed hours.
Hybrid, in Hanoi
Primarily work-from-home with your own computer, smartphone, and reliable internet. You'll also join on-site client meetings with me, so reliable transportation is required.
